OPR-DB0112 needs additional dump message containing program details

The OPR-DB0112 dump is issued by CCENBK when CE1DBO is none zero ie.there is still a TPFDF file open at EXITC.
However the dump message contains no clue about which application initially openned the file only the location in CCENBK that issued the SERRC call and the TRC field for the middleware program that issued the EXITC. Usually the EXITC middleware program is used by multiple applications so this information is not useful.
This RFE is to requests additional logic in the OPR-DB0122 dump which appends a message (or updates the TRC value) with details of the program that first openned or last accessed the file in question.
