Another way for controlling access between IWSz and zCentric IWS-agent on distributed platform instead of using member in EQQPARM dataset.

An audit has revealed that some users have access to both userIDs and passwords for zCentric agent users when updating these in member in EQQPARM dataset.
Even if we encrypt the EQQPARM dataset, the person(s) adding/updating user-info into EQQPARM member will still know both userID and password.

From an audit point of view this is not acceptable.

Instead, the authentication between IWSz and zCentric IWS-agent ought to be possible using other ways not exploiting both useriD and passwords.
A possible solution could be using certificates.
