Passphrase support for HWSSMPL1 (connect API)

HWSSMPL1 does not support passphrase and we need passphrase support for HWSSMPL1. One of our major application uses connect API which use HWSSMPL1 and we are looking at strengthening password using passphrase.

Add support for Java 11 to allow integration with newer Sonar products in IDz

SonarLint and SonarQube have already made the jump to Java 11. Windows 11 is being shipped with Java 11. Adding support for Java 11 in IDz would prevent compatibility restrictions with the newer versions of htis integrated product.
