This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hello Maurico,
We have no plans to add this function to the 'System group definitions' view that you mention.
The way to achieve what you want is to:
1) Create your CICS system group
2) Go to the 'CICS system definitions' view
3) Select the CICS system definition names that you want to add to your CICS system group,
4) Click on the 'Add to CICS system group...' button. This will take you to the 'Add to CICS system group' view.
5) In the 'Group which member will join' field, either enter the CICS system group name and click the 'Yes' button, or
6) Select the pencil to the right of this field, which will take you to a 'Resource selection' view, select the CICS system group to which you want to add the regions, click the 'OK' button and then the 'Yes' button.
Regards .. Mayur
