Allow specification of xsi:schemaLocation on NAMESPACE for XML Generate.

In order to correctly validate a generated xml we are required to specify the xsi:schemaLocation for the used namespace. The current implementation of XML Generate allows to specify a namespace, but it does not allow for specification of a schemaLocation. Adding xsi:schemaLocation would also require the addition of xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" to indicate the usage of the xsi namespace to the xml header. The following link describes the other elements like type, nil and noNamespaceSchemaLocation that also might be considered for inclusion in some way http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-1/#Instance_Document_Constructions

We still require some more time to investigate this RFE as well.
