Compiling masks of numeric-edited data-item at runtime

In a system that has to manage several currencies, it might be interesting for performance reasons to be able to "compile" at runtime the masks of the numeric-edited data-items.

Currently, if we want to manage several formatted numeric-edited fields corresponding to monetary values, we must provide the different possible masks in the descriptions, and make the move to the corresponding areas by testing the currency used: this adds a lot of instruction of conditioned move in the program.

An alternative would be to be able to "compile" the mask of the numeric-edited data-item at runtime:
- the receiving zones would not have an explicit PICTURE, or a simple PICTURE X (n) to reserve a size to receive the value once formatted
- the receiving zones would be associated with another intermediate zone intended for formatting currency values
- the same intermediate formatting zone could be associated with several receiving zones
- the rule of alignment between the intermediate zone of formatting and the receiving zones would be the justification on the right

Hi, we won't be able to manage a dynamic runtime call; and this would only hinder the performance that we are potentially trying to gain. As a result, this RFE is being rejected.
